OUR PHILOSOPHY

Our primary focus is teaching proper movement mechanics to support long-term performance and injury prevention. We believe mastering technique before adding load is essential for safe, effective training.

  • We stress technique for the safety of our athletes to allow for strength and power improvements

  • Increase power production with Olympic movements (clean and jerk and snatch) and plyometrics.

  • Use core lifts and their variants (squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press, pull-up) to increase strength

  • Large emphasis on unilateral training with accessory movements

  • All 3 planes of motion will be trained

  • Variety of core exercises used to build an adequate foundation to move more weight efficiently and decrease the likelihood of injury

  • Speed and agility will be improved with an emphasis on proper running, jumping, and landing mechanics

  • Improve all areas of conditioning (aerobic and anaerobic threshold)
